Refund policy
All food sales are final since our products are perishable.
Bear Claw Organics will be happy to replace any item(s) in the unlikely event that they might be damaged or spoiled during transit. To make sure that you are satisfied with the product you receive, please inspect the contents as soon as your order arrives. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Bear Claw Organics is not responsible for damage or loss as a result of shipments being returned to the freight location or being undeliverable as a result of incorrect address information you supply to us, or for inability of a recipient to receive the package on the day you specify that it should be delivered.
We wish we could assure proper handling and prompt receipt of packages once they have been delivered to the correct mailing address by the third party carrier (UPS, FedEx or USPS), but this, of course, is out of our control. If your package is returned to us because of an incorrect address provided by you, because of its perishability, we must dispose of the contents of the gift and you will not be refunded.
In the event the product is damaged or you have a situation that would be approved for return, you’ll need to email our Customer Service department at info@sbyc.club to obtain an approval number.
We will process a return and refund the cost of food purchased as long as the following conditions are met:
· Package of food is unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once you have obtained your approval number, please follow these three easy instructions to return your purchase:
1. Make sure the item is in resalable condition. We cannot refund or credit returned items that are opened or otherwise damaged.
2. Enclose a copy of your invoice. Please include a copy of the original invoice (or the invoice number and invoice date) with the returned item so that we can issue the proper credit or refund.
3. Ship the package to our returns department. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. To guarantee delivery, please insure and track your package or ship it by UPS. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
